Dana E. McDade is an associate at Martin Kane & Kuper. She joined the firm in 2004 and has concentrated her practice in Civil Litigation including personal injury, product liability, employment and civil rights matters. Dana received her Juris Doctor from the Dickinson School of Law, Pennsylvania State University, and upon graduation served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Roger F. Mahon, Superior Court Law Division, Hunterdon County. Dana is a graduate of Villanova University where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a dual minor in Political Science and Philosophy.

Dana is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
