John W. Harding graduated from Rutgers College in 1988 and received his Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law in 1991. Upon graduation, he was appointed as Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Joseph J. Salerno in the Law Division of the Superior Court, Passaic County. John joined the firm in 1992, and has concentrated his practice in all facets of civil litigation including automobile and premises liability, commercial litigation, public entity defense, insurance defense and dram shop matters. He represents both public and private entities and individuals.
